Find events in your calendar

See your communities together and distinguish your own registrations.

  1. Open your schedule

Home Overview includes events you can access from your groups, plus events you attend or host elsewhere. Home Overview and Events share a ten-event list with numbered pages, group and attendance filters, and a Past events option. Filters and page choices remain in the URL. Calendar views remain available. A group’s Events calendar is limited to that group.

  2. Choose a view

Use Month for a longer view, Week or Day for timed blocks, and Agenda for a list. Today returns to the current date. Previous/next and the date picker move through the schedule. Phones start in Day and desktop screens in Week.

  3. Read the blocks

The block’s position reflects its start and end. Overlapping events share the day horizontally; overnight events continue on the following day. A missing end time is shown as a one-hour block labelled End time not set.

  4. Filter and open

Filter by group or attendance status. Registered, present, and late events display Attending. Invitations and waitlists remain distinct. Select an event to open the full permission-aware page.

  5. Check the timezone

Week and Day focus on the outer hours containing visible events, retaining internal gaps and one hour of padding. Show full day restores all hours. Empty calendars show 8 a.m.–8 p.m. Dates follow your device timezone, shown beside the calendar heading. In account Settings, choose a fixed timezone if you prefer. Event scheduling forms keep the event’s explicit timezone, so recurring local start times remain correct through daylight-saving changes. Agenda’s Past events option opens historical browsing.
