Add, invite, and manage attendees

Use one roster and one player picker to prepare for the event.

  1. Review the roster

Open the event Overview for counts and attendee statuses, or Attendees for roster management. Hosts see controls after the list. Use Search and column filters to find a person.

  2. Add an existing player

In Add a player, type part of a name. Compare account status, prior events, last attendance, and skill. Select the right person, optionally set a nonnegative host skill value, and choose Add player. Existing ratings are unchanged when the skill field is blank.

  3. Create a guest

Type the guest’s name and choose Create new guest. Set skill if known, then Add player. Player creation and attendance are saved together. A matching name is not treated as an existing identity.

  4. Invite a linked account

Select a linked player and choose Invite instead. Eventus sends an in-app message with an event link. The person must accept by joining; an invitation does not occupy a place. Capacity is checked when they join.

  5. Correct attendance

Hosts can change a row’s status, including late, absent, no-show, dropped, and restored registration. Registered, present, and late players are normally eligible for teams. Full events use a waitlist when enabled; available spaces are promoted in order.

Check-in is optional. Events attended and Last attended summarize past non-cancelled events still marked registered, present, or late. They do not prove physical check-in. Sit-outs belong to a team round, not the attendance status.
